Returns & Exchanges Policy

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be:
- Unworn, unused, and in the same condition as when you received it.
- In its original packaging with all tags attached.
- Returned within 15 days of receiving the item.
Note: Certain items are not eligible for return or exchange, including:
- Hats & Gloves (due to hygiene reasons)
- Hunting & Fishing Gear (due to safety regulations)
Return & Exchange Process
Follow these steps to initiate a return or exchange:
- Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return or exchange. You can use the template provided below.
- Receive Instructions: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on where to send your item.
- Ship the Item: Package the item securely and include the RMA number on the outside of the package. Ship the item to the address provided in the instructions.
- Wait for Processing: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and process your return or exchange within 5 business days.
Refund Process
Once your return is processed, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please note:
- Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the item is defective or incorrect.
Exchange Process
If you are exchanging an item, we will ship the new item to you once the returned item is received and inspected. Shipping costs for exchanges will be covered by StylishClickNow.
