  • Standard Shipping: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery is handled by DHL or FedEx and typically takes 10-15 business days. Shipping fee is $12.95.
  • Free Shipping: For orders over $50, we offer free shipping via EMS. Delivery typically takes 15-25 business days.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from StylishClickNow. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a hassle-free returns and exchanges policy. Please review the following information carefully to understand our process and requirements.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must meet the following criteria:

  • Unworn, unused, and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • In its original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Returned within 15 days of receiving the item.

Note: Certain items are not eligible for return or exchange due to hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Hats & Gloves
  • Hunting & Fishing Gear

Return & Exchange Process

Follow these steps to initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return or exchange. You can use the template provided below.
  2. Receive Instructions: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on where to send your item.
  3. Ship the Item: Package the item securely and include the RMA number on the outside of the package. Ship the item to the address provided in the instructions.
  4. Wait for Processing: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and process your return or exchange within 5 business days.

Refund Process

Once your return is processed, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please note:

  • Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the item is defective or incorrect.

Exchange Process

If you are exchanging an item, we will ship the new item to you once the returned item is received and inspected. Shipping costs for exchanges will be covered by StylishClickNow.
